Mel has great Customer Service Skills. Was available to show me the house I would potentially tent. Listened to my concerns and spoke with the Owner. Waiting to hear back when I can view the house. Very personable. I had to follow up to see when I could view the house. Some of the concerns I had (maintenance related) were not addressed. No fault to him, it was the Investors. I did not rent the house.
