I’ve lived here for two years now. The location is great, the units look just like the images on the website, and the management company is super nice and efficient. Aneeka, who manages our property, is super helpful, understanding, and is sweet as can be. I wish Studio2zero would have multiple locations around the city. It’s great! ❤️

There is mold growing in our AC unit. We have asked Raven, our management, to have their guys come replace it. We told her about it the first time they came out and she insisted they still need to come again and inspect it. When they came to inspect it, she said the AC unit is fine and that they just need to order the remote for it. When we sent pictures of the mold including a negative review on google, that’s when she sent the guys again. When the maintenance guys came they inspected it again and said the same thing that management has to have it approve. Now we are waiting again to get it approved, it has already been months since we haven’t had AC. Do not live here if you need liable management. Because it’s hard to get a hold of her, she doesn’t follow up on what she says, she doesn’t

I'm extremely disappointed with the apartment management's lack of responsiveness. Despite numerous calls and emails, our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. It's frustrating to feel like our issues aren't being taken seriously. To make matters worse, the aircon units in the apartment have molds growth, which is a serious health concern. As a resident, it's unacceptable to breathe in mold spores daily. The management's negligence in maintaining the units is putting our health at risk. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues. Until then, I would advise potential residents to exercise caution when considering this apartment complex. I hope the management takes our concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements.

StudioZero Apartments are really close to my job in Midtown and I really like the apartments. Washer, dryer and dishwasher, plus free parking are great amenities. Also, the manager, Anekka is incredible! Very kind and on top of any things needed taken care of. Plus, it’s a really nice and quiet neighborhood.

I’ve had this mold issue with our AC unit for months and it has not been resolved. The first time we had issues the tech guys that came told us we needed to replace the whole unit. We have notified management about this mold issue so many times. The new property management, Raivane Calhoun, has not taken this issue seriously. It is a serious health risk for me and my wife. We’re told that the maintenance guys show up when they can because they are third party… and every time they show up we aren’t home; we never get a phone call prior to them showing up days before or hours before…they call when they’re there…we never had this issue when we had the first management prior to her.
