New Update 😍 Officially, ON AIR and the Podcast Room is up and running! UPDATE: Today, I took a tour of the renovated rooms, and I was blown away by the unique style and care that has gone into each space. Each room felt like a work of art. One room, which I’ve dubbed the Middle Eastern Room, had a design that felt so rich and inviting. I’ve attached photos so you can see for yourself! Another room I nicknamed the Native American Room—it had such an authentic, earthy feel to it. Both were beautiful, yet distinct. Other rooms also stood out with all-new, spotless furniture and modern décor that added to the overall cleanliness and luxurious vibe of the complex. Avoid at any cost. Property management will blatantly lie to you. Maintenance will go into your apartment unprompted. Pest control is non-existent (after months of complaints did they decide to do anything useful about it). Walls are paper thin. Any smells from neighbors will seep into your place. Humidity leaks thru in the summer horribly. Nothing is sealed well. Their "fixes" are half-assed.

I have lived here since Jan. 1st. I have found it to be an Excellent Choice in a New Home for Me. The staff is very attentive to needs, Damon, Our Lone Maintenance Man is Top Quality with a genuine care for tenants/residents. Our 2 Housekeepers Adrianna & KK are Superb and keep everything neat, clean & tidy, as well as Adrianna who works the front desk/office when Heather isn't able too since Michelle left., Who was also fabulous. I have been sick recently for almost a month, Adrianna helped Me more than a family member would, and for that I am VERY appreciative. Heather is also fabulous beyond satisfaction. Ultimately The Entire Team is a blessing to Me..... Update 10/17....On 10/9/25 I had a Heart Attack, Pneumonia, A-Fib etc. I called 911. EMT/Fire showed up..Sirens Blazin'...(I ask

Beautifully remodeled units with new gym and amenities! The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and responds quickly. This place is a hidden gym in a great location right next to domain within walking distance to whole foods, and retail right next door. I highly recommend!

Heather, Michelle and Damon are SIMPLY AMAZING!! Heather and Michelle are always there for any issues or just to say HI!! Damon is AMAZING!! He always is there when I need him to fix ANYTHING!! Ive lived here for almost a year and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
