I had the best experience working with Eva! She was so wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process. This was my first apartment, and she made everything so smooth and stress-free. I applied and was able to move in the very next day thanks to how organized and efficient she was. On top of that, the apartment itself was in perfect, move-in–ready condition and absolutely top tier. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!

I moved into 710 Studio Apartments in August 2025, and so far, it has been a great experience. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. One of the best parts has been the support from the leasing office. They are always helpful and responsive. They’ve assisted me with my Amazon packages and answered all my questions quickly, which made settling in much easier. The public areas are generally very clean and well-maintained. However, the building is not fully closed off, so sometimes people from outside can walk through. That hasn’t been a major issue for me, but it's something to be aware of. I did see a few cockroaches after moving in, but the leasing office acted quickly and signed me up for pest control at no extra cost. That was really appreciated. Overall, the rent is very afford

My experience moving into Studio 710 apartments was absolutely amazing, thanks to Eva. I moved from California to here so that alone made everything feel more stressful and intimidating. However, Eva made all those nerves go away with her attentiveness and drive to help me get settled here as smoothly as possible. I love the community and now I love Arizona even more than I could’ve imagined!
