I would not recommend living here. Walls are thin. Management is pretty unresponsive unless you go down to the office. At one point the smoke detector was going off, I was told I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get it fixed from one of the women who worked in a separate office. I went to the main office and asked for the battery to be fixed, and it got done pretty quickly. It was the battery that was dead and needed to be changed. The water was turned off a couple of times and we were never told about it. Some pipes were "fixed" and I ended up having a leak that needed to be repaired. People would use all 4 washers and dryers while doing laundry which got old very quickly. There were signs saying we couldn't wash our bedding. I left in November and haven't heard a thing about getting

Studio 629 is a gated community located downtown within the Arts District. It is ideally situated steps away from the Bonneville Transit Center where you can catch a bus to literally any location in Vegas. It is one block from City Hall, and within walking distance of Freemont Street, the Medical District, Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, the World Market Center, and museums. This place is something else.i have been a tenant for over a year. And I’m still dealing with a problem since I moved in, the caulking on the tub has been cracking since I moved in and I have called and put in multiple service order to get it fixed but they do the bare minimum to fix it. I tell them call me to set up an appointment to come fix the tub, instead I get a private number calling me asking me if I’m home to fix the tub. They came to my unit 3 times to fix the problem in the course of one year and still it’s happening. I’m not sure if they’re not using the right material or what the case is. They changed different since I have been here and it’s still the same. They have been remodeling the other units so they have the funds and resources to fix the other units but can’t help oth

This place is nice and accepting. The manager was patient with me when applying, everything worked out well. Also is my first apartment and it's very clean! Edit: How it look, been here for almost 2 years now☺️

The manager Marie is amazing! She is very informative, polite and patient. Whatever concerns there is, she answers with a good attitude.
