Stuckey Management

I was a long time tenant, endured MULTIPLE changes in management and ownership, and several “maintenance” men. In the past 6 months I had to deal with a hot water tank that died in the middle of December so I was without hot water for half of the month! I’ve been asking for new carpet for at least the past 5 years and it never got replaced! My A/C started leaking right before COVID started so I’ve had to deal with mold and mildew from the wet carpet inside the A/C closet. I just moved out the end of May and was told by the current manager that only $90 would be deducted from my deposit refund; I received the check on Saturday and there was an extra $50 deducted from the refund. Called to inquire why and I was told it was $90 for carpet cleaning (trust me, the carpet was BEYOND cleaning). T

The only reason i give 1 star is because no star is not an option. The owners try to bully people into doing what they want and consistantly violate federal law for discrimination. They try to force tenants to pay deposits for SERVICE ANIMALS and try to make them get rid of them by threatening to evict them. They hire maintenance men that do nothing but sit around in the office and do nothing but play games on their phone. Then the maintenance guy wants to come around and do inspections once a month and tell people that they need to vacuum their floors better... i wouldn't recomend these places for a crackhead to inhabit let alone a decent human being. Im just waiting for someone to sue the owners because there definitely plenty of federal laws that he has violated in just the 4 mont

The food and the service is excellent every time I visit that restaurant.
