Stuart was an amazing real estate agent I can't say that enough. Very personable, and professional and he helped us sell our condo in Sunny Isles in such little time. I definitely recommend him he made the process very easy with little stress.

I worked with Stuart back in 2009 when I was looking for place, I must say that before working with Stuart I worked with other Realtors as well, I wish I worked with Stuart Earlier, he did a good job finding me a place. At the time of my purchase there was no inventory in my preferred area so he went ahead and contacted some owner's directly and sure enough he found me something, I was so happy. We're NOT SATISFIED with Stuart Drossner as an agent: He never gave us a copy of contract selling condo Actually Stuart never had authority to sell the condo as 3 owners did not sign the contract !!! He did not followed our instructions! We sent him Certified Letter to discharge him on July 1, 20013 . We thought he can help us to sell our house, instead Stuart Drossner prevented our selling condo!!!! He ignored all our letters and still blocked us on MLS! Other real estate agents cant sell our house! Just be careful to hire someone like Stuart Drossner who can HURT you because you refuse him as an agent!

I was looking for a place for 2 months and nobody was professional enogh to show me good options, prices and most important he was kind to pull up with my demands with such a great attitude!! since now on he is my first and only option for anything realted to properties, I really recommend him! we checked the placed on Wednesday and we closed by Friday. I'm very happy!! This for me is 10 out of 10
