Mike Hirschhorn was great to work with! On the buying side he is great at returning calls, emails and texts. He is also very flexible with scheduling showings. On the selling side he uses all of the latest and greatest marketing tools and strategies to get you top dollar for your property. He helps by providing data on recent comparable sales as well as projected after renevation value. He also runs his own real estate marketing company, Hirschhorn Real Estate Marketing. He does his own photography and videography including drone shots. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Mike again for my future real estate ventures!
