Tim and his team were great. We never went more than a day without responses and usually within the same day or hours. We had a very unique property that was going to require a very specific type of buyer. Tim met with us to understand fully our goals and we got to work right away. We had a lot of flexibility in timing therefore when offers below asking came in Tim understood and communicated that our property or situation was not a fire sale and we could wait until the right buyer that appreciated what they were getting came along. It's not easy to turn down offers, but Tim understood what motivated us and our "gut" about certain situations. Ok… so… let me tell you about Niki and the Compass Home Group! My husband and I met Niki and some of her coworkers at the farm fair in 2022. We reached out in 2024, finally ready to put our house on the market. Niki remembered us! She helped us get our very full house ready to be put on the market, checked in with us along the way, and was our cheerleader the whole time.
