Stratton Park Apartments

I hate to leave a negative review, but I am honestly disappointed. I moved in a week ago, and before I received my keys, I was notified that the blinds were damaged in my unit and they would be changed before I got my keys and moved in. The blinds were not changed. I have called the office and gone in person multiple times to remind them of the promise to change these blinds, and every time, I am told that "it will get done today," and it never gets done. The window that the blinds are on faces the sun for the majority of the day, so it makes my bedroom extremely hot. I also put in a work order 3 days ago for my AC unit because I noticed that, although I have the thermostat on "auto," the AC unit does not shut off at the temperature that is set. 01/2036 Having been at these apartments for a few months now, I’m genuinely glad I made the move back. The new manager, Mikah is fantastic—she's always there when I call, and the phone never just rings off the hook. Plus, we’ve got a great maintenance man, Roger, who keeps everything running smoothly. It’s a quiet, quaint place, and I couldn’t be happier to be back. 10/2025 On the weekend I moved in, Jody Marquez, the president of the management company, thoughtfully hosted a barbecue for all the residents. It felt like a really professional and kind gesture to show appreciation for our business. That was a kind gesture:) and shows Jody values us as tenants .

Ever since Implicity Management started recently managing this community, it has been more than a major blessing! Paula, who is the acting property manager through this transition has been nothing more than a breath of fresh air. I moved my mother into this community 2 years ago and since this new transition, my mother has nothing but amazing words to say about Paula. As a residential property manager myself, I personally took a flight from my home in Miami to go to San Antonio and meet Paula in person. Can I just tell you that Paulas personality, her heart and her intentions for the residents speak louder than words? It does. I’ve been waiting for things to improve since I moved in April or 2024 and nothing had been fixed since then, I spoke to the new manager, Paula, today and she was very helpful and helped me with everything I’ve been asking for since I moved in! She’s truly amazing and I can’t wait for things to turn around for the best now that we have someone willing to do right by the residents here! Thank you Paula for coming in and hearing our concerns, I can’t wait to see the many improvements they’re already working on!

I Came by office to place a work order and seen there was a new manager in office, Gladly, Finally got the work order on my AC done After Months of waiting For someone to look at it. Thankful for the new management and their accountability.
