I LIVE HERE SO MY REVIEW IS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. (Read the whole review to understand why the video is attached) I have been living at Strathmore for about 19 months now and what I can say is poor service and poorly built apartments. When I moved in the base boards were not painted like there were supposed to I contacted the management to get that resolved and they told me that I would need to move everything 6 feet from every wall in order to have them painted or I paint it myself. Given that the apartment is not that big, moving my things 6 feet from the wall is not ideal because I would need to move it all out again. Great experience living here! The maintenance team is always very fast to respond whenever we submit a request. Recently, we accidentally broke the glass on the oven door, and after reporting it, they replaced it the very same day. I was really impressed by their speed and efficiency. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, from the front office to the maintenance team. Highly recommended!

I would love to share my experience to help anyone who is thinking of moving here make a good decision for the situation they desire. While the Strathmore offers decent standard apartments (Overpriced by about $250 per month) plan to have no peace and privacy whatsoever. You are able to hear everything and unfortunately the builders have no code requirements to even offer a standard form of privacy between the walls and between the floors. The buildings are built extremely cheap and very overpriced. It should be criminal to charge that much for rent. I'm absolutely not one to leave Google reviews, especially for apartments, but I was impressed with Strathmore during the two years I lived there. Everything in my apartment usually worked, they followed up in a reasonable time when something didn't, and left me alone otherwise. I didn't run into any issues with having a pet either. Neighbors were generally quiet and respectful. Annual raise in rent was reasonable, and they didn't give me any hassle during the move-out process (Even refunding my whole security deposit despite obvious scuffs and holes all over the walls). They gave me no reason to move out, I just chose to move to a house instead. Well maintained pool as well if you're into that. High-ish rent, but you get what you pay for.

I'm writing this review at 12AM after my neighbors woke me up with their screaming, as it is a regular occurrence. The walls and floors are so thin, you can hear normal talking. However, when your neighbors have the loudest conversation/phone call possible in the middle of the night, you can hear every single word. Between that and loud tvs and dogs barking for hours at a time, you will get the absolute worst sleep of your life in this apartment. Reviews that say this place is quiet are flat out lying. The building quality is unbelievably cheap. Loud noise literally shakes the walls and floor. I've lived in many apartments for over 15 years across a few states and have experienced nothing this bad. I've endured this nonsense for 12 of 15 months of my lease and I can't wait to move out. I'
