Stratford Court Apartments

Stratford Court Apartments was an amazing apartment complex to reside at. The landlords Brian and Steve were great. Brian was very fast at responding and able to provide me documentation 3 years later.

These apartments are located in a safe area of Clifton, very close to UC’s campus. The rooms and furniture were very clean when I moved into my furnished unit. The laundry, work out, and entertainment rooms were very nice to have. I personally used the gym room a lot. The building also has parking right outside the building, which is really nice, especially when it’s cold outside. However, even if you’re unable to get a spot at the building, there are university lots right down the street. Overall, I enjoyed my experience living here.

Stratford Court Apartments is a great apartment to live in. The location is great to UC’s campus and having a parking spot is ideal. The apartment is furnished with good quality furniture and everything was clean. The security is also great with the cameras in the hallways and outside of the building.

Great place to live. Nice apartment, reasonably priced, and safe. Landlords are great and have been very attentive to any issues I have had. Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from the center of campus. Living at Stratford Court was one of the best choices I have made.

The 2810 Stratford apartments are a fairly new place to live in Clifton. The location is great, it is so close to the DAAP/engineering side of campus and it is on the safer side of the campus as well. The building has on site parking (for an additional fee), as well as a workout room, and two outdoor decks. The landlords are fairly hands off- which is fine for the most part since the building is new and does not have a ton of issues. My only complaints would be the expensive cost of parking, although that is pretty standard for Clifton, and the fact that laundry is not in-unit and requires the use of coins. Overall, the apartments are a good size, and in great condition!
