Stratford At Williamsburg Apartments

Loved living here. Never had any issues with pests, maintenance was very friendly and quick, and the move out process was fair, quick, and suburb. Ashley- the manager made everything smooth sailing for move in and move out. Truly the nicest manager and maintenance crew I have had the pleasure renting through. Thank you to the manager Ashley, and the maintenance crew Terrance and Justin for making my experience here one to remember. Above all, the price for this amazing location is great!! Highly recommend!!

Just wanted to say I got amazing service! Customer service was great too after noticing the maintenance team, that the water heater was leaking they came in and replace the old one. They were so Respectful, honest, and helpful. The hot water system was up and running in no time the guys were very professional, and clean up well after themselves.

been here for almost a year. in the beginning it was okay. the area is alright, neighbors are ok. they must have turned off the property staff from when I started my lease. because I noticed they have removed a lot of the "fees" for thing like trash, and pest control. which tells me that the new management wants to keep pest control on a "on-demand" service rather then spraying every month. There are roaches here. not just an occasional one, you will find small ones big ones. definitely an infested unit somewhere. very disappointed about the lack of preventative maintenance.

They always do a great job with maintenance and are very professional, reliable, and efficient. Everything is handled quickly and with attention to detail. I truly appreciate their hard work!

I have lived here close to 4 years. The current staff are making major improvements to this community. I love my apartment & plan to continue to live here. The office & maintenance staff are available to assist & take care of your concerns & maintenance. Great going ladies a d gentleman. Everything you do is much appreciated.
