My new home is so beautiful and it is so quiet! It is the perfect environment for me and my son. The layout is spacious and very clean, well maintained. Kyla the property manager was very kind and is very fast and efficient when it comes to any issues or concerns. She definitely deserves a raise because she truly goes the extra mile and wants to build rapport with you. Check out Storyboard at the Hilltop you will not be disappointed. Maintenance is fast and communication is 10/10.

She's done a great job at promptly answering my questions and has been very helpful in the process of inquiring about leasing/applying. My husband and I have lived here for about six months and absolutely love our neighbors and management has been great! We moved in from out of town and weren’t able to tour the our home before moving in but so glad we trusted our gut and made this place our first home. We love how we are close to everything but still can enjoy the peace and quiet outside!

We have had nothing but a great experience with Kyla and maintenance and this complex. Our move in process was seamless, any issues we’ve had they’ve resolved quickly and efficiently and the maintenance guy is so quick and friendly. Just a friendly welcoming team and has been since day 1, were coming up on our second renewal and we will stay as long as we can!

This place is okay overall, but it required significant maintenance to get it where it is today. Many areas are/were in poor condition. Hypothetically, it’s not in Columbia, MO—it’s in Pierpont, MO. I STRONGLY recommend keeping to yourself, as a number of residents tend to cause trouble. In particular, one resident named Tavia Denae Smiles who has overstayed her welcome and contributes to the negative atmosphere.
