After we SIGNED a contract to build, they came back to us saying we had to pay another 17k for upgraded siding and stone because "they forgot" that the city required it for certain lots. Instead of owning up to the mistake they offered to cover the lot premium which is not that much. Or opt out of the contract. We opted out due to bad business on their end. Also keep in mind, this was a walk out basement lot and fisher homes DOES NOT provide decks which is a huge SAFETY CONCERN, but hey, we could add one for 10k. Looking at some pre owned fisher homes in the area that are only a couple years old. Shitty materials used, nail pops all over and the ceiling with rusted out nails. Cracks all over basement floors. STAY AWAY FROM THUS BUILDER
