Stony Brook Apartments

In general these apartments are ok, the people that live in the community are for the most part Happy welcoming people and outside my apartment i like it here. Inside , I have not been able to because for 2 years now everything in my apartment turns to mold , I do not have a renovated apartment. The managers have always answered emails and text but a remedy that will actually help never happens.

Ive been here for about a year now and these are Possibly some of the worst apartments to live at . Management is horrible, they’ve have gone through 3 managers and they never reply on email in fact they are never here at the complex .Parking is horrible, there is no assigned parking so people that dont even live here are leaving cars here. There are some cars that they don't move for months. I’ve noticed weird activity from some tenants at night and during they day. SRPD does not patrol the area as well . There is some sort of electrical problem throughout the complex for example light flikering (shortage somewhere) . Over all just moved out …they only nice thing is that they are new apts

Fan of FPI Management's standard application criteria. That's the agent for Stony Brook Apts.. I have a lease agreement with this market-rate professionals w/ no worries. Feel like a "Cash Cow on Autopay", living in a renovated apt. Lease at Stony Brook Apts, & you too will get the RealPage platform treatment (Loft Living App) , ..... that squeezes big money out of everyone.

Community centered.coukdvuse some work but the ambience of family there is wonderful

If your thinking of renting here make sure you speak to a human. Do not email or text. You could end up a very unhappy individual. Having to make a 2 hr drive to find out mngt did not give important information until 15 min prior to my appointment and did it by text, knowing I was coming from 2hrs away. Sherrie
