Honestly would not recommend living here. For starters, my apartment flood 3-4 times where I had to call the fire department to come cut my water off. The first time my apartment flooded I was told by Sheila (the landlord) that our carpet was 10 years old when we moved in. Mind you, we stayed for 5 more years without getting an inspection or carpet being replaced like she thought that was okay. The apartment had flooded before we moved in as well according to the neighbors. Their solution to drying the carpet is to cut up the carpet and place a quick fan under the carpet. They DID NOT FIX THE CARPET ONCE THEY FINISHED. Which caused me and my son to cut our feet multiple times on the sharp part sticking up. BUSTED PIPE AFTER BUSTED PIPE! This place has more water leaks than a sinking ship! I have had leaks in every part of my apartment multiple times, including rain falling inside the fireplace. Your furniture will be ruined, and they do not offer you any compensation even though they know their plumbing is substandard. They will just tell you to call your insurance company. Oh, and they are in no hurry to repair anything. They will leave giant holes in your walls after going in to fix the busted pipes and leave it, literally, for months. They would probably leave it like that forever if you do not repeatedly ask that they repair it. There is black mold and mildew from the water damage. The lady at the office is too arrogant. A bit racist too, it turns out I've been there twice and she asked for my last 3 bank statements and I gave them to her, then she asked me for a letter from where I work and I gave that to her too, since I had everything, she told me that she couldn't rent to me with the statements and that I had to bring them by check, bank transfers are also supposed to be a payment method, anyway, she never wanted to rent to us, I don't know if it's because we don't speak English or because she's just too arrogant, I just know that the real owner of these apartments are losing too much money with that lady running the office, I hope the real owner sees this comment

On paper it looks great: affordable rent, quiet, pool, laundry, large terrace and storage. All true, but many of the people that live here litter, don't clean up their dog's mess, leave garbage in and around the pool, the upstairs tenant pours leftover coffee and cigarette butts and ashes (even though this is supposed to be a non smoking property) on my terrace every day, sometimes they grill on the terrace and allow liquids or ashes to fall on the floor and spill through to my terrace, the next door neighbor power washes his things on the porch and sprays water inside my apartment. Management does nothing and when I complained they went to the person upstairs and told them I complained. I love my apartment. The fireplace, balcony and vaulted ceiling won me over. If you like to do your laundry in the comfort of your own home they have w/d connects. Maintenance is great at responding to calls, however I haven’t been satisfied with their work. My a/c blew out hot air in the summer, now it’s blowing out cold air in the winter. They replaced it after several visits and a call to corporate. If you’re a smoker THEY ARE NOT SMOKING PROHIBITED. But if you are not a smoker it may effect you. My apartment had a stale smoke smell even after the new carpet was put in. The vents are filthy, they’re caked with dust, thus trapping old smells. The residents are quiet and the staff is friendly.
