Stoney Creek Highlands Apartment Homes

These are really nice apartments. You should really check out the upgraded ones. I lived in one of the original one for quite a few years and transferred to an upgraded one recently and they are really nice. My old apartment was still really nice, but my new one has wood flooring, stainless appliances with a water and ice dispenser, backsplash, and other little details that made a big difference.

I had such a great experience moving in! Caitlin made the entire process so easy, I was able to schedule a tour the same day and get an apartment just a few days later. Moving from another state and starting a new job was stressful, but finding this place took such a weight off my shoulders. I love the location and all the apartment amenities, and I can’t wait to settle in and make it our home.

i wanted to take the time to give a shout out to our apartment complex management, maintenance & community. i have two toddlers one with Autism. with that said the management & maintenance crew have gone out of their way to make our apartment safer for her , as she is nonverbal & unaware of dangers . they did this by adding & switching out additional door knobs & locks in our home. as well as switching out the swing in our community park to a more secure & safer box swing that she can stim in happily now & comfortable. also the people in our community are so welcoming & accepting of us & her . our walks in our walking path with our kids & dogs is a plus ! highly recommend this apartment to others seeking for a beautiful home & community . & again thank you to our office manangement & main

All the staff at Stoney Creek are really nice which makes my experience here much better. When snow comes around the snow removal team is on top of it! Also, I like the holiday events they put for their residents to connect. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend.

Been here a few months and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is prompt and done well. Quiet and clean. Has all the amenities we need. They are always having events for residents. Bonus that everyone is so kind and helpful!
