Stoney Brooke Apartments

If I could give 0 stars I would . After reading these reviews I am shocked that no one has ever mentioned cockroaches . I have lived in this apartment for going on 2 1/2 years. In the first year I had no issues with bugs or rodents or anything of that nature. Then came May 2025. And I started noticing little bugs around. And it wasn’t until June 2025 that I realized that I had an infestation of cockroaches. To the point that a majority of the tenants of my building ended up having to move out. And if it wasn’t for me being stuck in this lease. I would’ve moved out immediately. I have gone to the office at least twice a month in the past year. Asking and begging them to either move me apartments. Or handle the bugs. And all they do is have an exterminator come. If he does and just spray t

Jay D I believe who is the maintenance man that works for Stoney Brooke is the best. Me and my boyfriend were having trouble moving our car that was stuck in the ice. He saw and came to the rescue and we were able to get it out. Just want to share the appreciation I have for our maintenance team. Always willing to help out.

I've had great maintenance guys coming to help with the first few days of moving to the complex. Robert Thompson & Duane are very helpful and Robert was finally able to conquer the screen door odyssey. The leasing staff are always available to help. Mostly quiet neighborhood and I'm really happy with my apartment.

The office staff have been awesome, Derek, Elijah, Britney, and Jennifer. I want to acknowledge JD for the maintenance work he did for me. He went above and beyond to make sure everything in my apt. was good. He is so polite and professional. He is a valuable asset to the team at Stoney Brook.

I like the location. Rent is high and just went up. My apartment is nice a I like living here. Quite , everyone stays to themselves. Only issue I’ve had is I have brown recluse spiders. (Yes ive looked them up.) There all over the property for some reason. Told office about it twice, I just went and got spider spray myself. Other than that it’s a good place to live.
