If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Our first PM, was great, however, the company itself is horrific. Most concerning was their lack of basic record keeping. They lost part of our contract as well as the inventory (move-in) documentation. Thankfully we had proof of the inventory sheets and they adjusted the move-out fees. Do your part and take videos and pictures! Additionally, when we moved in, the house had to be recleaned as it was so filthy...the carpets had to professionally cleaned an additional 2x to be habitable. The company is not organized, the maintenance issues reported dont get fixed, and they try to nickle and dime you for stuff that was broken when you moved-in. Pick any other company but this one!

Do not rent with them, and do not let them manage your property!! I have been a neighbor to the property that they manage for the past three years. The first tenants that were there stated that there were many things wrong with the house, and the property management group would not fix any of them so they ended up not renewing their lease. Then the second person they let rent from here was operating an illegal dog rescue out of the house. The city got involved, the property group was aware and they did nothing to fix the problem. From my understanding the property group and the owner of the home received multiple citations as well as the tenant they had. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share the great customer service I received from Diana Wright. She helped me with a billing concern and went above and beyond by calling and emailing me daily with updates. Diana had a great attitude, was very professional, and worked hard to resolve my issue. I truly appreciate her dedication and support. 5 STARS GO to DIANA WRIGHT.

Absolutely taking back the positive review. After Bill and Liz finally asked the homeowner to replace 20 year old carpet and broken blinds, (that we had asked to be replaced for over 2 years) we are now being charged for any maintenance issue we have. I was told by maintenance they are doing this "So owner's expenses can be reduced." And they have put a lot of effort into trying to convince us that that the old, worn out AC and old plumbing is "our fault" when there are ceiling leaks and flooding. We are excellent tenants and take great care of the property, pay (very high rent) on time, every month, and just expect this contract to be fair! Go with any other company over this one.
