They need to clean up the dumpster area the rent lady lives out the office never doing anything haven't seen pest control they give you one key card two people the call box doesn't work never keep changing codes so people can get in the building without even letting the people know the code the code to your apartment don't work cuz half the names ain't in the the code

Please don’t move here , MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Our current manager is Cantrell M. I don’t think she’s ever managed a property before in her life. I’ve been here a year now we’ve had about 4 managers since .. & everything is just getting worst. We pay for security but the gate has been broken for 5 months now. Anyone can get in the building at this point. I’ve reached out multiple times a week & it’s like management is purposely ignoring me . I submitted about 7 maintenance request in June NONE OF MY REQUEST WERE ADDRESSED & it’s going on October soon…. I definitely plan on moving out soon .. it’s not worth It

Literally the worst apartment buildings in the area. The gates never work in the parking garage. Your cars are completely broken into multiple times throughout the month. The elevator is always not working. Not to mention they always change management. Do yourself a favor do not live here!

Moved in April aside from off communication I've put 2 work orders in and went to the office to get my work order completed.... nothing, no response or anything

I have tried calling 7 times in the past 2 days. I have also left voicemails. No one has returned my calls or picked up the phone
