I moved out in October 2025 and have given them ample time to attempt to resolve my issues, but they have ignored my emails and rerouted me to the corporate line where they have little to no control over the on site offices. Overall I had a negatively mediocre experience. The "safety" gate is never operational. The parking situation is essentially extortion, even when you follow the guidelines the parking management will still boot or charge a fee. However cars will sit abandoned for literal months with no visible repercussions. The pool wasn't available for majority of my lease and then when it did open, its hours were insultingly ridiculous and office staff had no idea how they were going to manage pool access. I just moved out 12/31/25. My experience was terrible as far as with Maintenance. I've been out a tub for over 5 months. They wouldn't come fix it & still hasn't. I will say the leasing manager Natasha was caring & concerned about my issues. Kudos to Natasha.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! They will con you into thinking you’re getting the unit you saw online then throw you into whichever is more convenient to them. Mold, Mildew, Water Leakage— EVERYTHING YOU DONT WANT, THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE IT ! There HVAC SUCKS and is BROKEN. Your electricity bill will come out higher than you’ve ever seen. The structure of the apartments are unsafe and you feel like you’ll fall through the floor. The attic is connected to all the units around you. There was a HOMELESS GUY IN MY ATTIC AND I SAW HIM WHILE I WAS CHANGING BECAUSE HE PEEPED HIS HEAD THROUGH THE CEILING. I’ve expressed multiple concerns regarding the mold and the water leakage. I had a great experience with my new leasing office, especially Angie, the manager. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Angie was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, and she made the whole experience stress-free. The team was supportive and responsive, and I truly appreciate their help. I highly recommend this leasing office!

Amazing, Ms. Tasha is amazing! A little rough start, but the way she handled it was amazing! You can tell she cares about every single person on this property! From the residence which she calls her babies, To the workers who should give all nicknames! She made me feel so special as well! I’m Excited to move in today!
