i’ve been living at this place for a year and Some change and I’m honestly not impressed with the environment . There is always homeless people in and out of the property late at night Digging in the trash or walking around people’s cars or property trying to find stuff to take and management/security does nothing about it. The security here is literally a joke. They drive around the building once and then leave all in a span of within two minutes. There is dog feces all over the property and The manager does not enforce any of it to be cleaned or properly taken care of So you can’t even walk to your mailbox without dodging at least 15 to 20 piles of shit on your way there. A lot of the apartments here have lots of problem with roaches Especially upon move in . Please slide the oven back

Management is unresponsive, unethical and fails to maintain the property. Many advertised amenities are missing or broken no hot tub, minimal pool, unreliable laundry, and no security. The grounds are covered in trash and pet waste. During a recent pest control visit, the technician tracked dog waste throughout the apartment without apology. People frequently cut through the property and common areas creating chaos. There’s a homeless encampment within walking distance, and police activity and gunshots in the area are not uncommon. Rent has increased unexpectedly, and services included at signing are no longer provided. Photos show the true state of this property - don’t be fooled by promises on paper. Beware before signing .

This was my first apartment and my first time living on my own. It has a great location with easy access to highway 9 and I-35. The office staff are really nice and have been the same ones the whole time I was there. I had to break my lease early due to getting another job a couple hours away. Never really had any problems with noise. They do bug/insect infestation checks regularly and I have never had an issue with any infestation. I was surprised that I couldn't hear the traffic while in the apartment, just the occasional ambulance or fire truck. It is next to Presidential apartments, which will have the police over there occasionally but I never hear anything or see anything going on. I drove all the way to Norman from Oklahoma City to try to procure a rental here. I explained my situation and how I had a colorful past with a few felonies that were over 12 years old before I paid $150 for an application which I thought was extremely too much but they said that I'd get $100 back. It's taking over a week and it's still not in my mailbox yet. Anyhow they turn me down because of my past which is well over 7 years ago which is all any place should be looking at or if you're any pending charges. People make mistakes and a lot of people in this world have felonies but as long as they're older than 7 years I don't see where that should affect an applicant. Very poor management and would highly recommend to steer clear of this place. Lived there for a little over 2 years, late 2022 to early 2025 and it was the worst property management I had seen and especially with such a small complex. There were 3 different property managers in the 2 years I was there. When I turned in my notice to vacate the property well before the 60 day notice of my lease ending, she lost it or didn’t file it and she either got fired or quit and when the new manager took over, she told me she couldn’t find the notice even though I explained I turned it in to the previous property manager days before she left and it must’ve been her mistake.
