Stoneridge Apartments

I have only lived here for 9 months, but I'm a single woman in my 50's and I have to share. I have to recognize our apartment manager Jill, she is professional, kind and quick to respond. This, amidst the chaos of power issues in the leasing office. She is fantastic! I also have to give a huge kudos to our maintenance man Les. Since I moved in and even before that he has almost singlehandedly kept these 100 plus residents happy. Even in the dead of winter he goes from broken lock to leaking faucet to constantly filling compressors so we have heat (I'm sure that list is longer). It's not just a job, he has empathy because we are people. He works quickly, efficiently and cares that it is done properly. Thank you so much for not jumping ship when you were working alone! I deleted my last review. Just don’t move here! There was a power outage in the office months ago. No one has been in the office since. I haven’t seen anyone from maintenance in a month. I currently have water coming through my ceiling and the upstairs neighbor isn’t home. No one is returning calls from the emergency maintenance number. Other residents have said they have work orders and no one is returning calls. You probably couldn’t move here if you wanted. No one to do leases. I don’t know what has been going on these last months but it wasn’t like this when I initially moved in. Trash on the grounds, furniture piling up at the dumpsters. Definitely not renewing my lease! Hopefully I can reach corporate in the morning.

I have lived at Stoneridge Apartments for over four years. Karen(office Manager) has helped me through this time with any maintenance issues I had. Great response from maintenance crew the few times I called. Wonderful property care and good lighting at night with pole lights to illuminate parking spaces.

Process was easy to move in and straight forward, money down was far better than any other complex was looking at. Furnishings and stove a little outdated but work perfectly fine and had no issues with move in. Karen worked well with me when getting my puppy and getting vet records to her. Maintenance quick to respond and have no problem going over issue with you. Only concern is balcony sliding doors on 2 and third floor units don’t have a way to unlock if get locked outside, I had this happen to me because there’s no way to unlock it in the cold. I was told to keep door partially open, but worried in nice weather bugs will get in. Other than that, quiet community and comfortable living for sure!

I have lived here for four years and leaving in July due to a new job. Since I have moved into Stoneridge in April 2017, these apartments have been quiet and everything I asked for. If there's a problem, Karen takes care of it quickly, she is the manager of the complex. Maintenance is great and has helped me with every issue I have had here. I'd be staying here longer if I was staying at my same job but I'm moving to far away. Thank you for a great apartment and living experience over the last four years 😎
