I wanna mention and thanks maintenance team especially Pedro for being very accurate super fast, polite, and clean. I had an issue today Sunday in my kitchen my light switch broke down. We sent the request because we need fix ASAP and Pedro with his knowledge and speed Took care of it within a couple hours. We really appreciate it. Thank you so much for your great team especially Pedro. You guys are so professional. Thank you

BE CAREFUL MOVING HERE!! All the reviews about the ridiculous move out fees were not exaggerating. We just moved out 2 weeks ago and they are trying to charge us $2,600 for move out fees. Mind you, we have no kids or pets and the apartment was left in good conditions! We hung up no TVs and did no damage to the unit. I will definitely be disputing these charges. There is no reason someone should be charged 2,000+ for move out fees for normal wear and tear things! Management has been the worst here. I have always received my security deposit back from my last 3 apartments to say this management team takes advantage of people is an under statement. The photos are how we left the unit the day we left. We have videos and photos of everything so I guess we will have to take it to court. CRAZY,

If ypu are looking to move here...my best advice is don't. They dont care about this community there is dog waste all over the walkways. They dont pick up the trash. They dont do anything about repeat officers that just dump trash outside the bins. The mailboxes get broken into way too many times. The towing company can just tow your car even if there is a parking pass on tge dash and $1000 dollars later their only response is "we're sorry that happened." The parking situation here is terrible. I could go on and on and on about why I extremely dislike living here. I can not wait to leave.

Pedro has always done an amazing job with our needed repairs. He is always communicative to us and lets us know what is going on and when we may get help. Such a great person to talk too even when he’s walking around. Truly appreciate him very much. 🙂

I would like to thank Pedro from the maintenance team for fixing my garbage disposal so fast! Not only is he always so positive with great vibes and makes you feel like your really home, he always completes tasks for my apartment when he is assigned to them so quickly and efficiently! He is so kind and always has something nice to say which really makes my day and makes me want to stay here at stoneridge longer. Thankyou so much Pedro for always making my experience here at stoneridge memorable and for making my life so much easier. All the maintenance team is awesome in general. They always act like they actually want to help tenants. So also thankyou everyone on the maintenance team and happy holidays! 😊 🙏 🤲
