I am a penthouse owner in a luxury building where Rob Gaynor of Stonepark Consulting was hired as project manager for a terrace waterproofing project. I cannot recommend him or his company for any project. The work left on my terrace was sloppy and unsightly, with bandaid-like fixes that he told me I would simply have to live with. Even worse, his team covered up standing water on the waterproofing membrane instead of fixing it—hiding a serious issue rather than addressing it. The project ran wildly behind schedule and over budget, and Mr. Gaynor showed a lack of construction knowledge, poor project management, and a complete lack of decency in how he treated me as an owner. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend.
