Ana & Elissa are wonderful to work with. I’ve been living here for 7 months and feel it’s finally time I left a review. I love the staffs attention to detail and support with any issues. I feel so grateful for the location as it cuts my commute time to work and the perfect easy access point. The units have a great layout and makes living easier. Me and my golden doodle love all the greenery plus amazing walking grounds and local trails. 10/10 recommend this community and am so thankful we found it. Thanks again Ana & Elissa!

Great experience! Old washer/dryer were replaced with brand new units. The maintenance team was efficient, professional and friendly. They also replaced damaged window blinds. I'm very happy with the quick response of all management staff. They are accommodating, fair and awesome!!!

Choosing a new home isn't like buying something you can simply return; it's about finding a place you'll call "home." For my family, it's the most special space there is. Elissa DeRosia - Leasing Consultant- was incredible in helping us through this process; she made us want to live here an every visit we made and mail we received! With a such professional yet personal and respectful approach, promptly answering questions, always available and accessible, we are so grateful! It was wonderful to receive her email with "Welcome to your new home!" and "Happy move in day!". Thank you, Elissa, for being a part of this important moment for our family! We are enjoying our new home, and everything in Stonemeadow is what you need to feel safe and at home!

Elissa did an absolutely wonderful job showing me around the Stone Meadow Farms apartment complex in Bothell, WA. She was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community and the available units. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to Elissa, Stone Meadow Farms left a great first impression. I truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend working with her! Also Ana was a huge help, she was so kind and friendly!
