Stonehill at Pipers Creek

My mother lived here for a Year and for 3months until she moved her dryer was broke and she put in multiple work orders and they never took there time to come fix it . Maintenance sucks . know on to the Management they lack of care for there Apartment people my hg Oven literally fell on her foot and they didn't care they literally said it's her fault , after that they came and did a home check and they still didn't fix her oven nor AC Also all they do is sit in dat office and lie people packages literally get stolen and they don't care , a car accident happened in the apartments and someone reported to the manger and she said okay what do you want me to we don't have cameras there very careless people and they got roaches I would not recommend this place at ALLLL

My wife had a lease there for like 2 years, we got married and i PCS’d and they denied her to leave it showing how they like to screw over families that are serving the country and just overall are your typical landlords

We had issues with Stonehill at Pipers Creek from the very beginning. The original manager (who later left or was fired) told us my wife should be the only one on the lease, specifically because my application would’ve gotten us denied—fully aware I’d be living there anyway. Shady and dishonest from the start. On move-in day, the unit had several serious problems: the kitchen light didn’t work, there was a fire hazard in the bedroom outlet, and the blinds in the living room were so old they collapsed on my pregnant wife the first time she tried to raise them. We also dealt with a hostile, constantly harassing downstairs neighbor who repeatedly made false claims about us, including calling the police and CPS accusing us of drug use. This went so far that a local sheriff warned him to stop

Where do I even begin…… This is the MOST disappointing apartment I have EVER lived in. The management was absolutely awful. I told them about multiple things that were wrong in my apartment and they were never fixed. Here’s a few examples (pictures included) 1. The shower was peeling for a year and it was never fixed. 2. MY CAR WAS STOLEN AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP. They refused to let me or the police see the footage from the complex. 3.The toilet was MOLDY 4.Half the outlets didn’t work 5. Air conditioner was moldy and leaking 6. The dishwasher fell out of place 7. The sink was leaking I would list more but this review would be extremely LONG. I couldn’t wait until the day I moved out. If I could rate this apartment 0stars I would.

Christina was amazing throughout the whole process, very helpful, responsive and guided me through every step. And as many times as I called she was always friendly and patient. Highly recommend
