Stonehedge 3 Apartments

The manager here is very unprofessional and they do things illegaly. This is a section 8 housing that does every thing they can to evict tou if you stand up for your rights. My family lived here for 5 years and for 4 of them the back door was missing a lock and had to be barred from the inside with a stick. They maintenance is poor at best. Had a water leak for 5 of those years that caused some major mold issues that they never fixed. Had a circut breaker blow out and they left it, had to fix it myself after 4 months of no power in 3 rooms that included part of the kitchen, our sons bedroom and the living room. Electrical outlets had to be replaced due to wear and damage. The garbage disposal was bad and leaking, all this stuff was replaced by me out of my own pocket and never reimbursed

I love Stonehedge 3! The apartments are so nice and Kim the manager is amazing to work with! I love how clean everything is and it is such a great experience living here. As much as I love the apartment, I love my manager more. She promotes a safe place to bring concerns and unit issues. She is always kind with a smile on her face. My paperwork is always handled in a timely fashion and I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate her for all that she does! Thanks Kim!

Ms. Kim is amazing to work with. I have lived here for over a year and it has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had being a renter. It's clean. There's no bugs. The neighbors are so kind. I highly recommend
