This new management company is absolutely terrible. Before they came, everything was so much better. In December, I signed a new lease where my income was reviewed, and I was allowed to pay less rent than before. The employee who signed my contract was later fired when the new management took over. Now, the new office staff are pretending that my contract doesn’t exist. I believe they are hiding contracts on purpose to make people sign new ones at higher rates. I’m not the only one. Many residents here are facing similar problems. Almost everyone I talk to is dealing with some kind of issue. The management pretends like they are helping, but they are not. I’ve moved from this apartment complex in July of 2024 after staying in these apartments for 4 years. I haven’t yet to receive my deposit after moving I’ve called the office multiple times when speaking with someone months ago I was told that it will be sent in the mail and about 4-6 months it’s December of 2024 now nobody is answering the phone and the office I’ve ask for the corporate Number thinking that would help and no answer as well. Theirs always under NEW management the office is always closed. I left that apartment clean and with no damages where is my deposit?!

UPDATE: Corporate and regional management stepped in and efficiently addressed all problems. The persons sent to do the work were capable, pleasant and fixed all issues expertly. I’ve added two stars because we are satisfied and grateful that these numerous concerns have been addressed. I withhold the final two because it shouldn’t have taken months to address and it shouldn’t have taken a third party involvement. We will upgrade this rating in six months if it is earned. We are rooting for you, Stonehaven, you have shown us respect and humanity. Keep it up! The complex is not addressing problems that have been ongoing for 2 months now. Please beware of this company. I applied for an apartment under Millennia Housing Management Ltd in Charlotte. I actually submitted every documents and paid an amount of $150 for admission and application. To my utmost dismay, the documents and money with my name wasn't in their system. I paid the money to Mrs. Alexandra Thompson and she gave me a receipt with assurances that someone is leaving the apartment but failed to process my application. I went there after 3 weeks and I was told my name is not in their system. While I showed my receipts, for a refund, no one has answered my plea. Management is very angry, rude, aggressive and yet dismissive. Items have been stolen from my apartment. Maintenance does not do work orders. Corporate doesn't respond for over a year, just been leaving messages with an answering service. Regional has literally been in my home and showed aggression/ violence. Would definitely NOT recommend
