Stonegate Village Apartments by Royse + Brinkmeyer

I’ve lived here for over a year and had an incredibly satisfying experience. The space is very spacious for the price, and I’ve been able to live comfortably. I also truly enjoyed exchanging greetings with friendly neighbors—it made daily life here even better. I’d especially like to take this opportunity to thank James, the property manager. He was always kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout my stay. I also want to express my appreciation to the maintenance team. Whenever I submitted a request online, everything was promptly repaired—usually within a day or two. They were always professional and courteous. Stonegate village is a great place to live! The grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of. They have your safety in mind as well as the protection of your building. The pool is beautiful always kept very clean. The maintenance team is very professional, very quick to respond, knowledgeable and all very nice to work with. I have dealt mostly with Matt, the leasing agent and Ed inmin they are both experienced, helpful, friendly and keep my apartment in great shape. The apartments are very nice quality for the price. My neighbors are very friendly and I can honestly say Stonegate village is a great place to call home.

I moved to Stonegate Village in July and I love it here. I really have not had many problems, but maintenance was extremely quick to respond and fix the few minor issues that I did have. Also, Matt is amazing. He made the moving-in process extremely smooth and he is always super responsive to questions and concerns. He is also very attentive to the property and the residents. I like that most because it lets me know that residents’ safety is a priority and that we are being accounted for.

Bad. I walked my dog at night and got hit on by 2 men at the apartment complex, one of which I realized was hitting on me because he asked how old I was. I walked my dog during the day and a stranger asked me to let her into my apartment. When I said no and lied I was married, she started yelling that he wouldn't let me in. I picked up my dog and power walked away. I had to take my dog to the vet for a $150 bill because he walked through some trash that cut his foot. Constructors just throw boards and nails on the grass. I've had to stab 6 nails into the dirt so someone else doesnt step on them. I stepped on one and it went through the bottom of my sneaker. Thankfully it went through a thick part so I wasn't injured. I had to hurry inside because my neighbors where screaming to the point t

I lived in Stonegate Village for 11 years from 2009 until 2020 and I'd be living there still except a pandemic came along and disrupted my life! But I thoroughly enjoyed living there. The apartments give you a lot of space for your money. It's close to Kaufman lake and walking/biking paths. The pool is a great amenity in the summertime. Over the eleven years I lived there I only ever had a handful of maintenance requests which were all resolved quickly. And everybody on the staff from maintenance to office staff to property managers are good people. Thanks for the memories!
