Extremely Disappointing Experience This neighborhood has been under construction for 7 years, and it's been nothing but frustration. Despite the promise of a thriving community, only 15 homes have been built in all that time. The builder’s lack of progress and communication is truly appalling. We were promised a vibrant neighborhood with new homes going up regularly, but instead, we’re left with empty lots and broken promises. It feels like the builder has abandoned the project, and as homeowners, we’re left stuck with the consequences. I would not recommend this builder or neighborhood to anyone. Wife and I are looking to buy a home. Went there to speak about their homes and what they offer, the lady was not professional at all, and was smoking right in front of me, even after I asked her not because l, I have asthma. Left my number for the contractor to call me back and have not heard anything back, and that three days ago. I will be taking my business else where.

This is my 1st time me and my wife are building a home called Stonegate to get some information guy was extremely rude over the phone and unprofessional if that's the 1st experience I would get with him I would advise not using this company. Does not even answer the phone as a business just States her when he answers the phone
