We LOVE our new Biscayne!!! Building a custom home can be very challenging and stressful, especially when you're 3,000 miles away. But from the start Chuck Sanders calmed our fears. He explained the building process and the fact that we had to make several trips down to pick out products from suppliers, etc. For the most part, everything went as planned. The process took longer than we expected as labor was very scarce, and Chuck uses the best tradespeople available and it shows in the beautiful home that he built for us. We built our home in 2020 with Sanderson Bay. We were having our windows professionally cleaned when the company noticed one of our windows had an argon gas leak. We contacted Chuck who was quick to reach out to the window company who installed our windows. Within a couple of months, the new window was replaced. No issues or pushback from Chuck. Even after 5 years, Chuck was so quick to help us fix an issue. Stand up company. We would build with Chuck again, no hesitation.

We absolutely love our new Sanderson Bay home. When building a custom home it can be both stressful and challenging when you are not living in the same state and especially if you’re doing this for the very first time. Chuck Sanders and his staff completely understand the process and how to assist the customer from the start to the finish. After reviewing all the model homes listed on the Sanderson Bay website we chose the St Martin II model. Chuck went to the vacant lot we had purchased and told us we had the perfect size lot to build on, saving us additional money with no trees or brush to clear out. We studied the architectural drawing of the St Martin II and expanded the house several feet all around. We even modified the garage from a two car to a four car so my boat is now indoors. W

Let me start by explaining the four star rating. We began the process of building our home in 2020 when Covid-19 was peaking. Chuck (President of Sanderson Bay Fine Homes) and his associates did their best to work through these tough times. For us, it meant that our home took nearly a year longer than expected to be completed. In that time inflation of building materials and even environmental regulations increased the cost in building our home. Chuck did his best but we were all affected by these conditions. For example, during the time we were waiting for our home to be built, new environmental regulations were placed on AC units, and the cost for a unit increased.
