I’ve had such a great experience living at Stonegate Apartments! The property is well-kept, quiet, and feels like home. The apartment itself is spacious with a thoughtful layout, and I really appreciate how modern and comfortable it is. I love the revamped sports area! One of the biggest highlights for me has been the maintenance team. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve been quick, professional, and friendly. A special shoutout to Carlos, the maintenance supervisor, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. His attention to detail and genuine care for residents really makes a difference. Overall, Stonegate is a great place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable apartment community.

I've lived at Stonegate Apartments for a while now, and one of the best parts of living here is the incredible maintenance team, especially Carlos the maintenance supervisor. Anytime there’s an issue, big or small, the response is fast, professional, and friendly. Carlos goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and always takes the time to explain what’s being done if you have questions. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and in keeping the property in great shape. It makes a huge difference knowing there’s a reliable and respectful team keeping everything running smoothly. Huge thanks to Carlos and the rest of the crew—they're the reason this place feels like home!

I want to tell the maintenance staff - Good Job! As a widow they have helped me so much in many ways big and small. From big repairs like the dishwasher to small jobs they are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They explain everything they are doing. The man who keeps the outdoors clean is always picking up trash or sweeping leaves and picking up branches. Its so pleasant to walk around.

Stonegate is such a great community - I have been living here for 8 years and the community is family friendly, and pet friendly. Not only is the community quiet and friendly, but so is the staff!!! The folks in the office are wonderful, and the Maintenance team is superb! Carlos the property manager, goes above and beyond to take care of the needs of the residents and goes out of his way often to make sure we are all happy. I feel very lucky to have lived here for so long!

They made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed never judged or rushed. It’s rare to find people so dedicated and genuine in what they do, but this team truly stands out. Overall, I loved everything about my experience here and feel like this would be a perfect place to call home.
