EDIT: Management responded promptly by phone, and Brenda and another gentleman came to see everything personally the following morning. They submitted work orders on our behalf and checked with us over the course of the following days to ensure that the maintenance scheduled for us would coincide with our other obligations. They even scheduled to have our AC ductwork cleaned out! All of the maintenance staff that we have interacted with throughout the years have been punctual, friendly, professional, and diligent; and we are thankful to have such a good team on hand! Today Brent came to fix the window and our front door, which were both done perfectly! We have been very satisfied with the response that we have received, so far! “It’s the most moldiest time of the year!” We have lived here

We had a smooth and pleasant experience of our move in. Staff is very supportive and cooperative! When you are moving in to a new place what matters the most is a warm welcoming staff and must say they are spot on and didn’t ever made us feel “manage it on your own”! Great staff, inexplicable warmth and support! Sarah Bergy is one smiling star in their fleet!

My partner and I were going crazy trying to find the source of this burning smell in our apartment and luckily they sent us Danny from Maintenance to help. Believe me when I say this man has no quit in him. He was looking high and low and in every nook and cranny for the source of this smell and didn’t stop for why felt like an hour until he figured it out and quickly solved the issue after. He was very sweet and respectful and he took the time to explain everything he was doing to make sure we understood what was happening and why it all happened. The level of patience and determination Danny has is incredible, he was truly amazing. If you call maintenance and see Danny at your door just know you are in great hands. Sarah was so helpful during our move! She answered every question we had throughout the process and got us into our dream apartment! The buildings are well insulated and clean. The grounds are gorgeous. Id recommend these apartments and Sarah to anyone shopping!

I visited The Boot Ranch today while looking for an apartment to lease. This place is stunning! It is way better than the Internet photos show. The grounds, the leasing office and the team are just better than I have seen during my search. Very professional and welcoming. I was greeted by David and Sarah and even met the Property Manager Brenda. Everything was in it's place and the Consultants were very efficient and knowledgeable. Great work and kudos to TheBootRanch.
