Stonegate Apartments

I recently went and took a tour of the facilities, and was highly pleased with what this complex had to offer!! The management team, McKenzie and Charity, were SUPER friendly, and answered every single question and concern I had!! The apartment I looked at was super clean, had washer and dryer hook ups, and looked like a place I could call home. The dog park is a nice, clean area, the pool looked EXTREMELY inviting, and even the maintenance men greeted me as we passed them! The only thing stopping me from renting here was the need for a 3 bedroom apartment. Once that need is no longer required I will definitely be looking in to getting an apartment here.

Although I wasn’t able to lease an apartment here due to the community being full, I was very impressed with everything I saw. The complex is extremely clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding. The office staff was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information about the property. You can tell they take great care of the place and truly care about their residents. I’ll definitely be checking back for availability!

This place is so bad I have to post in 2 parts. (1/1) Let me just start by saying, every single place I lived has been 10x nicer than this. Unfortunately, I was down on my luck and this place was referred to me by a coworker. looking back, I wish I would have looked elsewhere. The front office is not nice. Everyone says their communication sucks, which is true. Good luck getting ahold of them over the phone, and if you try the front office the door is locked while they sit inside and watch you try to open it. First, I signed my lease a month prior to moving in. The day of my move in, they told me I couldn’t get the keys until 5pm. No issue. I had a wonderful tour. The property staff was amazing 🤩. They answered all of my questions and gave me red carpet treatment. Love the layout of the apartment and the prices. Definitely in my top 3 property choices right now.

(2/2) Of KG- I don’t have enough characters in the world to describe this place. One time, I noticed my AC wasn’t running properly after they “changed” the filter, so upon checking they had inserted a filter that was 4x too big and FOLDED IT IN HALF. Really?? Want to wash your clothes? Good luck. There are 6 washers and dryers for (13+?) buildings, and on a good day 3 of them work. Don’t expect to be able to use the pool either! They can’t seem to figure out that a padlock with a combination is effective at keeping people from down the street out. Non residents come and party, poop in the pool, and break glass. The pool is then “down for maintenance” until winter comes. You might get a few good weeks out of it. The handrails for the patio and stairs aren’t even bolted in. If you’re lookin
