If I could rate Ms.Monique a million stars ai would. The professionalism, mannerism, and hospitality she had was top tier. Any questions that I had she did everything in her power to make sure she answered and clarified all confusion for me. The office and community was clean and she was so kind. Please feel free to stop in I promise you will be won over.

Just stopping in to give Monique her flowers! I’ve seen this woman go above and beyond for those putting in applications and those that are already living here. She has helped me in ways only God himself can understand how thankful I am. I pray the management team here sees her hard work as well.

*************PLEASE READ************ SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP! I’ve lived here for a year now and I wish I had better things to say. When I first moved in, yes the complex is quiet and clean since landscaping keeps up with it but there were so many things wrong in my apartment place. It even took maintenance four months to give me a new shower knob so that I didn’t have to use a wrench to turn my shower on. I have a four-year-old son so I do my best to keep my house clean and make sure things aren’t broken, but this is what I moved into…. I moved into things being broken….A missing shower knob, the bedroom closet door fell on me before I was even to move anything in, fire alarm always going off, bugs, refrigerator always leaking and dripping water all over my food so I had to put a

Horrible and no communication from management/maintenance. Very unappealing and outdated apartments as well. I just moved out June of this year but the grace of God. I was forced to live breathing in MOLD for months until i had to write up multiple letters, go to the BBB, and threaten to go to the news channel. They repeatedly told me my AC was fine when I could obviously tell it wasn’t for months and this was SUMMER TIME! Upon complaining about my AC for a while I discovered the mold and that’s what made them move. But if they had “tested” and examined the AC unit then why didn’t they see or remove the mold IN THE AC UNIT?! After that it was downhill from there. I put in a request for my refrigerator due to it not being able to be closed and that was ignored up until I moved out even afte

Monique the manager is a wonderful person. She worked with me and made my move in an easy transition. I was greeted with open arms and the apt was made ready to pass inspection. They surpassed all my desires. The apt is so clean and tidy.
