Stonebridge Ranch Apartments

Driving around looking for apartments. Walked in and met with Arianna. We made an appointment for me to return the next day to tour the property and available units. She was informative and very knowledgeable of the property. Decided to take the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. The price was within budget, the size and floor plan was accommodating. Unfortunately one month into the lease circumstances beyond our control we weren’t able to continue with the lease. Arianna and her team were very understanding as well as expressed concern for our situation. She could have said there’s nothing we can do but instead she showed compassion and worked hard to see what could be done. We were able to get out of the lease with minimal costs. Arianna is always extremely helpful, and made a very easy process even that much easier. We've lived here twice now, and it's by far the best place we've been. Insulation is great, community is quiet, and the over all area just has a serene aura to it. Can't recommend it enough. To not only have a good property but a Tema that actually cares is EXTREMELY rare!

The office staff is just as wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond. I recently transferred apartments within the community, and the process was smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love my new place, and I’m so glad to continue calling Stonebridge Ranch home!

I recently moved into these apartments and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The community is well-kept, quiet, and welcoming, which really made the moving process a lot smoother. A special shout-out to Ariana, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of my move-in process was handled with care. From the very beginning, she answered my questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to move here. We love it here! Dog friendly, plenty of space and friendly neighbors. We love how well kept the communal spaces are, the many doggy bag stations, and extra uncovered parking spaces. We’ve lived here for over a year, and happily renewed our lease.
