Stonebridge Landings Apartments

I have been a resident there for 3 years. Rent is reasonable, the ladies at the office Linda and Onali are polite, professional and helpful, and maintenance is quick for emergencies. Last Thursday I had a bad leak in my apartment, and Luis promptly (in less than 10 minutes) showed up and addressed the situation. All the other maintenance personnel are very good at their job. The property is kept clean, and they do activities for the residents, like a farmers market. Thank you!

My family has lived here for some years now and now they're having visitors pay for parking 😑 these apartments are for low income and they're trying to pocket money from family and friends visiting. Not even high end apartments have visitors pay, they have passes.

I’ve been living here for 9 years and honestly it’s been very little hiccups. Service and the office changed have changed a bit but I think right now this is the best the staff has ever been. Thanks. Maintenance has been on top of my apt with repairs and truly replacing it when needed.

I am very pleased with the way Stonebridge Landings handles issues in my apartment. They are efficient, courteous and always done in a timely manner. I have lived here 20 years and feel very much at home. The property is maintained scrupulously and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I must add that the maintenance crew is fantastic! They are the best!! Thank you for all that you do.

This apartments are affordable. The people that work here are very attentive, kind and dedicated. When I had a problem with my apartment I would let them know and they were quick to solve the issue. It was all about communication. For a first home it was not bad.
