If I could give them zero stars, I would. The homes they build look nice but once you move in, we realized the quality of building material and labor they use are well below quality standards for what you are paying. Their customer service rep is difficult, disorganized, and rude. The site manager is basically nonexistent and refuses to meet with homeowners once you’ve signed the contract. Do not purchase a home from this group unless you want to become a project manager or DIYer.

I live in one of those single family houses built by Stonebridge homes inc in South weymouth. Coincidentally, our community is also called "Stonebridge". The house is well built and i'm very happy and feel safe in this house every day! I moved into this house in jan 2022, now it is 3 yrs..i foresee next 20-30 yrs here!!!!

When we decided to allow Stonebridge to build us a home we assumed that the money we are spending and the fact that home will be built on a new lot, basically a blank canvas, Stonebridge would be capable of designing a home and yard that is leak proof and does not produce standing water in the yard every time it rains. Puddles gather even after using the irrigation system for 10mins. Stonebridge is not the first developer we have worked with, but they are by far the worst. From the experience of building our home and speaking with issues our neighbors have, it appears that Stonebridge continues to lack the necessary knowledge to build a proper home and adequately correct their own mistakes. The experience we've had with Stonebridge has unfortunately been very unsettling.

I purchased a home with Stonebridge in October of 2024 and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. From the beginning, they were professional, communicative, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, was handled with care and craftsmanship. They stayed on schedule, were transparent throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. Even after moving in, they stayed on top of any issues I ran into. I am so grateful to have worked with such a dedicated team and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.
