Stonebridge Apartments

Best apartment I have ever lived in. Amazing landlord Kevin who is very helpful if any issues ever came up or I needed help in any way. I felt very safe and welcomed here, and lived here about 2 years. Neighbors were nice and friendly too. The patios are nice and there was a good outdoor area in the back. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment!

I lived here for one year several years ago. I absolutely loved the location and the layout of the apartment unit. Having that screened in porch was great. It definitely had more character than newer buildings. And at least we had a parking lot - even if your car got stuck in it in the winter. However, I remember how absolutely thin the walls and floors were. If you have noise sensitivities, DO NOT move here. I'm not kidding about the thin walls. I was witness to all my neighbors' noise, including normal conversations when you could nearly make out all the words. A group singing happy birthday in the middle of the night below my bedroom. The guy below playing the guitar or loud video games (guy next door did that too) that vibrated everywhere in your unit. The next door neighbor

My daughter lived here for 6 months and had nothing but issues. Thin walls, squeaking floors, disrespectful tenants, the smell of marijuana in the common areas of the building and listened to way too many physical and verbal domestics while she was there. The management didn't seem to take anything seriously and rarely had her issues addressed and most often was off-site unable to get in touch with. Once she moved in - communication with anyone was near impossible. If you are thinking of moving here - think twice. And DO NOT sign a year lease - at least she was month to month and could get out as soon as she realized how bad it was! The ONLY positive I can say about this property is they have WONDERFUL Maintenance!! Thank you Kevin for your hard work and the help you gave my daughter

I only called to verify availability and was answered with only a "hello" so I had to ask and make sure I was calling the right place. I was given very wishy-washy answers on availabilities and when he could sense my confusion he said "What do you want to know I can't read your mind". I said that maybe this isn't a good fit for me and he said clearly not. I have no idea why this man was so irritated from the start but I cannot imagine what he's like when he doesn't have to be nice to get your money. Shocked at how rude he was for me asking questions about his property.

Owner and landlord, Kevin, was polite, timely, and fixed any issue I had with my unit. Great space and great location just minutes away from the river!
