Stone Ridge Estates Apartments & Duplexes

By far the best place I’ve lived. The grounds are well maintained, neighbors are quiet, and it’s in an amazing location with plenty of shopping nearby. Props to Anne who was the property manager at the time, she was always helpful and knowledgeable. I always felt safe here and loved all the extra amenities. They recently built a dog park which we used every day. One huge plus was my husband’s truck easily fit in the garage. We moved out of state and I truly miss this place. It felt like home. ❤️ Thank you Stone Ridge for everything

All the apt need new appliances, my ice maker and water have not worked right since I came here. The many tree stumps, unsightly, weeds are not addressed holes in sidewalks dryer vents not cleaned, need more flowers, bushes need trimmed and shaped up, new carpets in apt.After a storm someone needs to check grounds and pickup branches or cut down damaged trees. I am so glad Brandon was replaced, HE DID NOTHING BUT BE RUDE TO TENANTS. Let tenants plant flowers, you buy we plant or tend to them. We need to make Stoneridge the top notch complex in Lincoln.

Very quiet, lovely location, now have heated pool, great neighbors and beautiful walking path around ponds. Grandkids love to catch fish & release in pond. Exercise room too!

I lived at Stone Ridge Estates for 4 years. It's a great place to live. The reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is the current Property Manager. He needs to work on his people skills. The other staff members are fantastic.

On the Saturday before Mother’s Day our air conditioning stopped working. That evening the on-call maintenance came out twice and again Sunday am. By the time we returned from church the air conditioning was working and cooled the duplex before our family arrived! A BIG Thank you to CIP maintenance crew!
