They don’t answer the phone. They place you on the waiting list soon as you apply never reach out to you to Keep you updated with everything I have called multiple times no answer Other than I’m still on the waiting list, but I know people that have just moved in there like within a year that applied at the same time that I did this is ridiculous. I don’t normally bad reviews on Companies, but please get it together.

My friend and I have called multiple times just to try to talk to someone and when someone finally picked up, she gave a lot of attitude when I asked a simple question. She then said they have no available units although there is countless listings on multiple websites. They should really take down the “available” listings off of these websites if they’re not available.

I have called stone ridge apartments 30 times in the last couple of weeks, and have emailed them. They do not pick up the phone to answer questions or email you back, and every time you try and leave a voice message on their phones, it says that their mailbox is full. I am not mad that they don’t pick up their phones, I’m mad because I have emailed them and I have got no replies back. They are clearly either a scam, or they have terrible customer service. Their website is also not helpful at all. It looks like a 6 year old made it. They have no availability on their website as well. As the other reviews have mentioned, I tried to call several times as well, tried to leave a message and could not because their voice mail box was full. I too thought maybe it was a scam somehow. I finally gave up and decided to buy instead. Hopefully people are not getting tricked into a sketchy situation with this place if they are even legit...

This is either a scam, or the people running this place need to be fired. No one has contacted me after I sent an email nearly 3 weeks ago, no one answers when you call.... and judging by the rest of these reviews, I'm not the only one. Not a single positive review and this place was only built this year in 2021!! Don't even waste an email on these people, it's a waste of energy.
