Stone Manor Apartment Homes

One of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. I lived at Stone Manor Apartments for over a year, and I cannot recommend this complex to anyone. The property is unsafe, unsanitary, and severely mismanaged. There is only one dumpster for over 280 units, and every weekend trash is overflowing—lining sidewalks and attracting pests. It’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable for a property this size. Tornado debris and downed trees from over a year ago are still left all over the grounds. Mold is a serious issue, and maintenance ignores or covers up the root problems. A fire broke out last year due to construction deficiencies, and it took them eight months to fix the damage. Even worse—the smoke detectors never went off. I only noticed the fire because I happened to be walking my dog.

I lived in Stone Manor for 5 months as a temporary apartment. Pros: Location is amazing and close to everything. Complex is in a very quiet location and very low noise from surrounding streets or neighbors. Each apartment has their own exterior entry door which makes it feel more homey and less apartment-y. Floorplans are nice with high ceilings, faux wood flooring, and wood burning fireplace was very nice to have in winter. Square footage of these apartments is much higher than most in the area so they felt roomy and open. Storage and closet space is ample and well thought out in the floorplans. Small laundry room with inclusion of a basic washer and dryer was highly convenient. Ample parking near the front door so a garage is not necessary and there are no extra parking fees. Cons: A

Stone Manor Apartments are in a prime location in NWA. They are also clean, maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The customer service I received from Olga is out of this world!! She moves with a sense of urgency while ensuring the best service to all residents and she does so with a huge smile on her face. Olga brightens my day every time I see her! 5/5!!! Also, don't forget to use the amazing amenities like the pool, fitness center or yoga studio!

We lease furnished all equipped corporate homes from Canyon View and are always extremely satisfied with the products and people there at Stone Manor Luxury Apartments & Condominiums! Such a neat and convenient way to accommodate housing for traveling nurses, corporations and professionals for short term lease options.

Very beautiful and unique property! Was looking for a short-term lease and this was one of the only complexes in the area that accommodated my needs. Pool area is so nice if you stay during the summer season. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and maintenance also offers valet trash service. Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend!
