Lucky charms Guess: 534 The complex is great, I love my apartment. There are few problems, such as the gate is always broken, and park sometimes is hard when late at night. Other than that, the maintenance people is always very helpful and the all staff is just great!

Moved here in May! Love the staff and maintenance crew. They work so quickly to get all my requests taken care of and are always so nice. Property manager, Dusty and Desirae were both very accommodating and went above and beyond to help me get situated when I moved in. The other employees in the office are also very helpful with any questions I had. Only complaint is that parking can definitely be tight BUT the community is very clean and well taken care of and I enjoy all the amenities Stoneloch has to offer. I’d definitely recommend it here to anyone that likes a quiet and friendly community!

Everyone on the leasing/management team has been wonderful. My apartment is clean, modern, and spacious! The amenities are beautiful and plenty, never crowded. The only downfall is, as others have said, the parking. I pay for a reserved spot, but I still feel the pain of the lack of open parking when I have guests. 12 spots only out front for them, and you have to reserve it. The others who’ve said the open spots behind the gate will be full at night, leaving residents to get towed is no joke. It seems by not converting some of the reserved parking to open spaces they are trying to force people to pay for parking. How is going through the towing process better for management? Illogical. Please do everyone a favor and convert some of the covered parking to open spaces. AND limit the number

Management here is extremely unprofessional. During the fire inspection, we had to keep our dog shut in a room for three days because they couldn’t provide a clear schedule, which caused a lot of stress for our dog. They later attempted to enter our apartment again for another inspection without proper clarity, creating even more disruption. To be fair, the maintenance staff has been great, but the leasing office team has consistently been unwelcoming and difficult to work with. Because of repeated unexpected visits, we felt it was necessary to install security cameras inside our apartment for our own peace of mind.

We have been residents since August 2025, and love the complex! Staff have always been great and nice. Events are a plus and fun! Community is always clean and well maintained.
