Stone Knights Apartments

My husband & I just got approved for this apartment coming from a different state.. Carmen has been helping us out throughout the whole process and has been so great and kind! She has a great attitude and answers all the questions we have with no problem. We appreciate her very much and are so excited to move into our new home soon!

Floors and wall are so thin, there’s people who smoke weed outside and it smells , there’s a family who leaves there dogs outside in the balcony with poop and urine while the dogs barked loudly, it smells horrible. Pool is mid and very small for an apartment complex that big, it’s disgusting. When we moved in stuff was broken and poorly made loose outlets ect . DO NOT COME HERE. Walls are so thin neighbors will call the cops on you if they hear noise

Beautiful apartments, great location and the staff is wonderful. The only problem is that when it was time to renew the lease the price went up by $115.00! I kept the lease for another year but during that year changes were made. New owners, swimming pool and gym closed and water is no longer included. There is no water meter so the way the charge you the water is that they divide their bill with the residents. The more people that live in the apartment the higher the bill for those residents.

If I could give this place a ZERO star, i would. The apartment itself is very pretty and spacious, but the parking is a horror story. Only 1 parking per apartment and guest parking is packed outside. People have to park outside in the street. Management is horrible. I could go on and on about management but I will save time by just saying it is the worse. Maintenance issues take forever to get resolved since there is only one person. The pool is super tiny and so is the gym. There is not much else here. The pet park is laughable, its a small empty area behind the dumpster.

I highly recommend King Arthur Court apartments their pet friendly staff always willing to help when there’s a situation they take their job seriously when a work order is needed these apartments are very cleaned very nice inside and I also like it because The neighbors are friendly, and the most thing that I like is because they are gated to come in you need a code and to come in The apartment complex so that is very important thank you
