I am living here for 3 months and everything going perfectly. I really appreciate the maintenance and admin team. Whenever I submit work they fixed immediately. I was surprised when they came on Sunday and fixed. Responsiveness on the top level. Thanks guys for making our life easier and comfortable 👍👍👍 I will definitely stay here

Customer service is great when needed. Also, we had a garbage disposal that needed to be repaired. Carmel apartments next day checked the garbage disposal couldn't be repaired so they installed a new one that same day.

Everyone is super nice and friendly, maintenance takes care of issues quickly. Apartment was really clean on move in and the space is so nice for the price!

Enjoyed staying in this apartment complex for 3 years. Despite old appliances, they’re functional, and maintenance staff promptly fixes issues or replaces them. The unit is clean and pest-free. I really love the pool. The community feels safe, though the gate occasionally malfunctions. However, one office staff member is rude and unhelpful when dealing with customers.

I’m really disappointed with how the pool area is managed. The posted rules clearly state that loud music is not allowed, yet people are blasting music at full volume, dancing by the pool, and completely disregarding others. I approached them politely, but they ignored me. I had to call the police because it was impossible to relax or enjoy my time. Unfortunately, management has never been helpful or responsive in situations like this. If this continues, I will keep contacting the authorities. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in a community setting.
