Been here a week everything went smooth. Marc in office was great and made it an easy move in. Apartment is spacious and community is quiet. Put in work order for blinds hitting the floor and dishwasher, some lights not working. The blinds were fixed and dishwasher was checked, they ordered a new one and will be put in this week, couldn't get control panel for it. Very nice place and community seems quiet still new here but good so far. All work orders complete and in Timely manner
I had a great experience at this property. My apartment was clean. The property itself was in a beautiful area. The manager, Deb, was always easy to talk to and communicative. Maintenance handled things right away. Highly recommended.
This is the absolute WORSE apartment complex - do not rent here. We went through many managers and maintenance teams in the 2 years we lived here. We dealt with MICE often. Any time maintenance came they would cover a tiny hole behind the dishwasher and/or the stove, and lay and a few traps. This NEVER fixed the problem. It was mentally draining to live here feeling like you’re on edge. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud, you could hear any sound… even if their TV was on we could tell what was actually on the TV. The apartments are NOT sound proof at all. The owners are very rude! Have no empathy for their tenants when there is issues. The halls were covered in trash and smelled, other tenants in our building consistently left their trash outside their doors instead of walking it
Went to see this place it was fairly cute but, extremely small. Was looking to rent, went for the tour and after he said he'd be in touch and then they canceled my cosign. And then ghosted. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. I said, hey I noticed you canceled my cosign, is there a reason why???? And then, nothing. Even if the decision was made not to rent to me at least have the decency to respond with that.
Charles was here to replace a smoke alarm. He didnt waste time. He did what needed to be done and left. He is an asset to the maintenance team. Always kind and considerate. 💫
