Highly recommend Bridgewater Apartments! Nicest kept apartment complex in the Delco area at an affordable rate. Lived here for 3 years and it’s a very peaceful area hidden away. Choose Bridgewater if you’re apartment shopping. You’ll be happy you did!

My wife son and daughter all lived here for 5 years we really enjoyed stay and would have stayed longer, but we ended up having our daughter and just needed more space ( 3rd bedroom). It is a very quiet and beautiful location not to mention the property manager Otto goes above and beyond on a daily basis for the residence making it a fantastic experience for all.

Lived here for 7 years. Terrible terrible mold problems. Costed me thousands of dollars in medical bills. The shower STALL in the master bedroom cannot ventilate well. No matter if you keep the ceiling fan vent on all day, there is no where for the moisture to go. It stays on the ceiling wall of the shower stall. Mold got into the HVAC ducts and literally circulated throughout the whole apartment. In the summer, the windows are filled with condensation. Again, with no where for the water to go and being trapped inside the apartment, it gets on the sofa and furniture and everything else in the apartment. It was very common for the floors to feel damp and for my office work papers to be soggy with moisture. My sofa sometimes would feel as if I poured water on it when I did not. It was just t

I lived at Bridgewater Apartments for 3.5 years and really enjoyed my experience. It’s a quiet community with friendly people. The rent is affordable and there’s a lot to do in the area. My 1 bedroom unit was spacious and the bedroom had a large walk-in closet. The Property Manager Shelley was very responsive when I had questions or problems with the unit. One day my refrigerator started leaking and maintenance was there within 2 hours with a replacement. I’d recommend Bridgewater to anyone looking to move into the area.

Shelly is the new Property Manager and is the most unprofessional, non responsive, rude, person I came into contact with while I lived there for approximately 7 years. Many times you call the office to speak with the new Property Manager and she’s not even in the office, she lives in Delaware. Unfortunately, even the maintenance team does not like her. Don’t be surprised if you call the office and the voicemail is full or she hangs the phone up on you. Many tenants are moving. I’ve complained about mold, no working AC while having Bronchitis and the EMT and police showed up before Shelly got in contact with the maintenance person. Lastly, there are 3 buildings and approximately 1-2 maintenance persons on staff. This place has really gone down. One of the maintenance men made the comment th
