Stone Fountain Apartments

The outside might not look as great as other places, but the apartments were recently redone and the new cabinets and countertops are great! It's really cute inside and great closets and use of space overall. I enjoy living here!

Wonderful especially for the price! Its a smaller space, but it’s cozy, cute, and it has plenty of room for all my stuff. Management and maintenance are nice, and prompt if you have issues. Great option if you’re single or a childless couple.

This place was the worst. The management was really nice and seemed to want to help, but the place is a pit. I left i think at least 3 times due to plumbing issues. The last was so awful to me i left a month before my lease was up. Literally had to talk myself into getting my things. I told them i would not clean it for the next person. Im also fairly certain no one did for me. I got an apartment i wasnt even originally showed. The maintenance team seems to let themselves in and without notice which is technically illegal. They give you less then 24 hours notice about fumigating the next day. They put a thing on your door at like 9 or 10 o'clock. I made them leave. The neighbors loiter around the property as if they had yards or patios and they dont. I did like the management but everythin

The apartments and exterior were recently remodeled and they are good deal. The management here is also friendly and responsive! This is a great complex for students/single people who want to live alone or for couples since the apartments are all one bedroom units.

Nice inside although they need to provide their own tenants with refrigerators if not exactly a house it's an apartment in Norman at that. Clean your nails up out of your parking area make the outside look good too.
